With the guidance of the members of the Chapter's Safety & Health Committee, AGC Georgia has hosted eight Safety Stand Down programs since August 2008. Our association is also proud to be a member of an OSHA initiative called the the Georgia Struck-By Alliance. This group also coordinates Safety Stand Downs that our membership is encouraged to participate in.

The pro-active safety events have reached tens of thousands of construction industry personnel throughout Georgia and across the county on remote jobsites of our member firms.
